Understanding anxiety and our emotional frequencies

This workshop will offer insights into the nature of anxiety, drawing from personal experience following the awakening of anxiety after the loss of my beloved husband, Glen. We will explore the roots of anxiety and examine various tools and techniques aimed at empowering you to manage and overcome it.

Throughout the workshop, we will explore fundamental questions surrounding anxiety, such as what it is and where it stems from. You will gain a deeper understanding of the internal and external factors contributing to anxiety’s grip on our lives.

Cassandra will be introducing you to a variety of practical tools, such as breathwork, journaling, mirror work, grounding techniques, and emotional release work. Each tool will be presented as a “taste tester,” allowing you to explore and determine which resonates most profoundly with your individual needs and preferences.

Join us on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment as we unravel the complexities of anxiety and equip ourselves with the tools to reclaim our peace of mind and nurture our emotional well-being. Together, we will navigate the path towards healing and resilience.
