This informal and welcoming networking session will provide you with an opportunity to continue building connections with others, and the option to engage in a creative activity.

Our group facilitators will welcome you and help you build connections within our community, including the opportunity to meet others who share a particular similar life circumstance to your own, if this is what you are hoping for.

During the session we will encourage you to move around the room and engage in various conversations and connections, over a tea or coffee.

We will also set up some simple creative activities (including colouring in and beading) to act as helpful ice breakers and conversation-starters, as we understand that engaging with others can sometimes feel challenging when we are carrying the heaviness of our grief.

These optional creative activities will be designed to ease you into conversation and help relieve anxiety.

You will be welcomed to take your creation home with you, as a personal momento, or alternatively, you can donate it to be included as a small gift in one of our Newly Widowed Packs that will be sent out to another widowed person in the future.
